Very rare and costs about 1000 pounds second hand in the UK.

I have one here which the prevous owner started gas flowing, $1k AUS

What is the overall hight of the head, and how many times has it been skimmed (how much)?

It has been skimmed, don't know how many times.

Only got a tape measure and it was 152mm.

It is rare to find those heads still hard and not skimmed beyond usefulness.
95% of the time if it is not one it is the other.
