In that case I'll be entering an Austin Allegro in Invited British. I installed a Honda lawnmower engine but I don't think anyone'll notice.

Go for it
Jay knows a bit about it having been to MG SR a few times, I would of thought it has a lot of potential with some development...albeit with some $$$. Be great to see out there.
Or if money wasnt an option then you could always try http://www.my105.com/882

Re: Who is doing what next year
If I can find a 6R4 in my price range I might try that. Then if things get crowded on the track the infeild might be quicker... actually the grass might be quicker than the track either way.
Other than that, it will be the little Midget. I have 2 meetings penciled in if the family holiday (the kids want one that doesn't include a race meeting) doesn't knock out the racing fund.

I will be out all year, I may do a couple of non-state rounds in the Tomcat and ZR for the State rounds.

Re: Who is doing what next year
Thanks for the great welcome you gave Bev and I last year at PI. I know I'm a late comer from up north but I'm aiming at bringing my little Midget down to play with you guys for:
* the June Wakefield Park All British meeting,
* the September PI meeting and
* Sandown Historics in November.
My sponser ('my daughters' wedding fund') will only allow so much, and throw in the MG Nat Meet (in my home town so I better go), a co drive for an Eastern Creek Historic meet and that will see the fund dry for the year (... something about a family holiday that doesn't include towing an MG to a race meeting).
Hopefully I'll bring some friends.

Re: Who is doing what next year
I will be at all of them I would say, always work to be done either fixing cars for the boss or sabotaging the poms car to try and slow him down, look forward to seeing you again Jonesy, tell your daughters that marriage is not really important in the modern world, de facto is just fine (problem solved). Hopefully I will be able to wrangle a drive at the all british meeting, might even organise a trophy for the fastest non MG Racer at wakefield sprints, "The not just a spannerman Trophy" works for me. Now just need to find a car, Jase.....
