Classes Update

Post  Pauly on 15/3/2011, 3:18 am

I saw a few members on the committee re evaluating the classes cars run in on the weekend, I thought it was a good idea from them just to make sure the correct vehicles are in the correct classes. It reminds me how far MG Racing has come from the old fast road class...so what is a fast road car now? as there wouldnt be too many cars that would actually fit into the class these days (apart from trophy spec F's and the 160 ZR's). There probably arent too many MG B's/Midgets/V8's that really classify for fast road anymore (except historic cars) any thoughts? Most Midgets have fibreglass bodywork or possibly 16v heads which automatically puts them in open I think?

Agreed! Even though I made a decision that goes against my own "interests" I'm sure to be held in contempt regardless.
