Round 1 - 2014 - Phillip Island

So who is intending to run?   

My aim is for the october meeting at PI

Aiming for Sandown in May. Will be in the mother country round 1   

Looks like I should be able to do round 1. Hopefully have my entry in this week

I will be running Mort's old monster at PI... just doing final prep over next few weeks... Looking good.

So the engine rebuild went well then ??

I think Ian Wilson did a good job... still trying to get the spec sheet from him though.

It ran well for Mort in the first two rounds last year, so hoping everything is sorted for 2014.

Does anyone know of test days/ sprint days at PI or Sandown (not Winton) coming up before round 1?

Monday 10th March (Labour Day) is a Tampered Motorsport sprint day at Winton

No more testing before PI. I will get some more track time at PI on the Friday.
I hope that will be enough for me.
It felt comfortable at PI in October last year.

Do we book our own garages this year or is someone doing bulk garages.

So coming out of the weekend a lot of trials and tribulations, a tough start to the season for many. Hopefully cars get repaired soon.

A big congratulations to Jim Dodd who after 15 years of racing MG's picked up his first class win
