Re: 2012 Season
Is there any word on who/what SA cars will come? Any other guys coming across, Rodney Gibb will be back in his hybrid Cup car, Adrian I presume will be back, Cup car or has Paul DK got the ZT running? Good to see Cody coming across, are you doing the whole year?
Damien Meyer should do 3-4 rounds this year he said, Will be interesting to see the red car in relation to Howell's ZR, they should be close.
Mike Herlihy said he is wanting to do a few rounds and will be dragging Peter Rose along for the ride.
If the V8 guys do wakefield would be great to get Glen Taylor's V8 down for that one!!!
Unfortunately Santa didn't bring me a Judd engine or a sequential

Re: 2012 Season
It would be great if Glen Taylor came and had another run with us it's been way too long since his last visit correct me if I'm wrong at Winton.
Damien Meyer is already looking forward to the Wakefield round with the engine currently getting some more power. His words to me were "Great! Wakefield is the red cars favorite track!" So maybe Damien will be out to shake things up a bit.

Not many new parts for me, maybe a Emerald ECU and a Dogbox. Not looking forward to learning how to use the Dogbox though.
Hopefully doing the full season again, so really need new tyres.

Re: 2012 Season
My midget is stripped down at the moment. I'm still working through the engine and don't have a final damage diagosis yet (everyone is on holidays). The backend is awaiting engineering companies to come back to work.
I may well have to get my 'B' logbooked for the Wakefield Park meeting. I'll be running around at the back of the field but if you guys are coming north I will do my best to support you.
Other than that I'm aiming at PI and Sandown at the end of the year again with the Midget.

Will the B be historic or fast road Steve?

The B will hopefully be log booked Sb, so Historic. Very mild mods and currently still has bumpers and even standard headers. I'll have to see if I can borrow some wheels and race tyres.
I'll see more of the leaders than most (as they pass me).

At least you'll be out there having fun!
Definitely keen to run the Midget at Wakefield again.

You shouldn't have any dramas with a dog box Jase, they are pretty user friendly these days. Just have to be precise and usually the quicker you shift the better!

Re: 2012 Season
I am really looking forward to Wakefield, The calendar actually is quite enticing this year. Winton VHRR is a great event to be part of for the category, although August we could have a wet one!
